This property is absolutely stunning. We booked here last minute as we had a mess up with another property, they were so accommodating despite the fact we booked 30 mins before arriving. The room was spacious, very clean and so beautiful. We could see monkeys swinging from the trees from our balcony, had a jacuzzi bath and a beautiful breakfast each morning. The service from the staff was second to none, this was definitely one of the highlights of our stay and so glad we ended up staying here! We will definitely be back.

This is a boutique hotel with 12 rooms. The staff is more hospitable. Specially Shehara and credit to the hotel manager. At the time of check-in we received a welcome juice and cool towels. The room was spacious, wonderful hot shower with all the bathroom amenities, tea and coffee making facilities with mini fridge. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Spotlessly clean. We had dinner at the hotel. The food was good. There are two types of Breakfast. Western and Sri Lankan. The kitchen needs a 12 hours prep time for breakfast. So we ordered the day before for the following day breakfast. Western Breakfast includes : Tea or Coffee as per your choice, Fruit Platter, 3 Pan Cakes, Two Eggs as per your choice., Sausages, Chicken Bacon and Beans.

This was our first night's stay when we arrived in Sri Lanka. The hotel was not busy but we were greeted with such hospitality. We ate both evenings at the hotel and the food was great. Breakfast was included and was fantastic with the options of both Sri Lankan or western options. Try the hoppers - deliciious! The hotel arranged any tuk tuk's we needed. We visited Dambulla Cave Temple, climbed Lion Rock and went to an amazing Spa. The location is great for all of these. Our room was spotlessly clean and very large with a comfortable bed and clean sheets. To top everything of we saw an elephant walking down the road!

I loved the welcome and tretment for me as a female solo traveller - the manager Hemantha was very kind & prepared a villa closer to the reception. They also accomodated my driver for the night. I absolutely loved the design - water villas, the unique entrance over water, the magical restaurant with a view of the Sigiriya Rock and the pond, peakocks walking around the property. Special thanks to Heshara for making a special Sri Lanka breakfast - several courses, nicely designed and with unforgettable taste!

The property is great and so is the Pool. They set up a really nice dinner arrangement for us since we were the only guests on that day. Rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures and are very comfortable. Food is good too but hardly any variety.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The property is breathtaking, with a delightful lotus pond, free roaming peacocks, and a lovely pool. The room is large, well appointed and comfortable. The best part is the staff.. We were on our honeymoon and the staff did their utmost to make it special for us :) Vani in particular is super warm and helpful and the entire staff are sweet and accommodating of the guest's every need. It was a thoroughly wonderful stay, and we'll be back! Highly recommend this lovely hotel :)
